Vitamin D

Fatigue, depression, muscle cramps and weakness, heart rhythm irregularities, seizures, or numbness and tingling around the mouth and in the extremities.

Vitamin C

Benefits of vitamin C:
Increased wound healing, boost immunity, helps with cardiovascular disease, improves skin health, and improve iron absorption.

Low vitamin C symptoms may include:
Fatigue, depression, connective tissue defects, bruising, bleeding gums, muscle weakness, and getting sick commonly.

L-Lysine 

L-Lysine benefits:

It helps the body absorb calcium and it plays an important role in the formation of collagen, which is important for bones and connective tissues including skin, tendons, and cartilage. Lysine is a building block for protein and an essential amino acid.
